About me

Technical Illustrator, Production Artist, Frontend Web Developer student

I started my career in Illinois after getting a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois. I worked at Precision Graphics for 25yrs, and I was very fortunate to work with all the major publishers as a senior illustrator and lead artist. I can work on many disciplines such as Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, Geology and Astronomy to name a few. I enjoy working on them all! I'm experienced with color accessibility and creating a well-constructed and quality file for print. I've worked on many first editions where I have developed the style for the art and created the style sheets that were used for the project. I then took up the challenge of learning to develop webpages that are responsive and look nice on all different screen formats. I now live in Southwest Colorado with my husband and our dog/personal office assistant, Frankie and two bossy cats. I enjoy hiking and nature and all things outdoors.
